Fellow Exiles,

I bought a new pair of boots now I have to adjust my gear shift leaver so that I can get my big foot under the lever. Can some one give me some advice on how to do this and how long will it take? Do I need any special tools?

I am trying to ride with you guys more this summer. :happycruizin:

Gald to see you, Hawk! I was wondering when you were going to pop up...

You could always check with MADHTR or some of the others via PM.

Hey Norm and Donald,

I was able to get the adjustment done. Pretty easy. I spent more time trying to get the handle off of the shaft that goes into the tranny. I did not know that you had to take the screw all the way out and it slid off real easy. Mad the adjustment to fit my big foot andput evey thing back to gether. Tool all of twent minutes. Used blue lock tight on screws. Now maybe I can get out with the nice weather. Thanks again for your advice.

Norm, I will get with you guys soon.
