was in shepherdstown having lunch with a friend at Tony's Pizza and saw a C model drive by. not entirely sure if it was black or dark blue, or if it was a 1800 or 1300, but i looked like a C model. Noticed it parked a few spaces down on the right as we left, but caught it too late to get a good look!
